Message of the day

God says, we have refused to listen to Him and opted for other things of our own interests what we think we need at that moment but what we are looking for we will not get satisfied or content*
God is telling us that He knows our needs but we're still busy, why? Because we claim to be busy.

God has cursed this statement that I'm busy let me finish what I'm doing I will get back to Him later. He says you have opted for that thing than Me okay you go but you are not going to get satisfied
Examples

  1. Let me finish what I'm doing, I shall pray later. Let me finish my work, I shall do what God wants me to do later.
  2. When it comes to work for money, when we wake up late, we hurry to get out of bed so fast to hurry to go to the office without even praying because we are late for work, what you don't know and see are the fiery dirts of the enemy.
  3. Let me first utilize this food since it's little, I will help in the next season or instead of helping those in need, we claim that we also have problems and we fail to help those in need and it continues to grow.
  4. Let me first get money in wrong ways, I shall confess to God later, you don't come back, you go for good, these are some of the excuses Satan uses against us,etc
When you start doing things upon your interests but against God's will, He will live you to do what you want untill you start getting problems or die in sin
You start getting off guard slowly slowly and you don't come back.

People pretend to love God but their hearts are somewhere else.

What's the cause of this?
People have not trusted God, they lean in their own understanding, they don't consult God on things.
Then now after knocking a stone, we come back to Him crying.

God needs us to have faith in Him.

Let's not lean in our own understanding but rather lean on God's wisdom.

Something that came to mind:

What is being Enlightened / Awakened?

When your inner (Spiritual) life is greater than your outer (physical) life.

Psalm 30:1<To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.> In Thee, O "I AM", do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in Thy righteousness.
31:2 Bow down Thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be Thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.
31:3 For Thou [art] my rock and my fortress; therefore for Thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.
31:4 Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for Thou [art] my strength.
31:5 Into Thine hand I commit my spirit: Thou hast redeemed me, O "I AM" God of Truth.
31:6 I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the "I AM".
31:7 I will be glad and rejoice in Thy mercy: for Thou hast considered my trouble; Thou hast known my soul in adversities;
31:8 And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: Thou hast set my feet in a large room.
31:9 Have mercy upon me, O "I AM", for I am in trouble: mine eye is consumed with grief, [yea], my soul and my belly.
31:10 For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed.
31:11 I was a reproach among all mine enemies, but especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that did see me outside fled from me.
31:12 I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.
31:13 For I have heard the slander of many: fear [was] on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
31:14 But I trusted in Thee, O "I AM": I said, Thou [art] my God.
31:15 My times [are] in Thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.
31:16 Make Thy face to shine upon Thy servant: save me for Thy mercies' sake.
31:17 Let me not be ashamed, O "I AM"; for I have called upon Thee: let the wicked be ashamed, [and] let them be silent in the grave.
31:18 Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.
31:19 [Oh] how great [is] Thy goodness, which Thou hast laid up for them that fear Thee; [which] Thou hast wrought for them that trust in Thee before the sons of men!
31:20 Thou shalt hide them in the secret of Thy presence from the pride of man: Thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.
31:21 Blessed [be] the "I AM": for He hath showed me His marvellous kindness in a strong city.
31:22 For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before Thine eyes: nevertheless Thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto Thee.
31:23 O love the "I AM", all ye His holy people: [for] the "I AM" preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.
31:24 Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the "I AM".

Jeremiah 22:8-9

22:8 And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore hath the "I AM" done thus unto this great city?
22:9 Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken The Covenant of the "I AM" their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

MESSAGE OF THE DAY

:open_book: Isaiah 29:13

29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near [Me] with their mouth, and with their lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the precept of men:

Lets have genuine love, heartfelt worship, not just outward religious words or traditions. Let's stop only coming to God when we have problems is when we create time for Him for God discerns the issues of the heart and He is Holy not to be lied to. This scripture is a confirmation that we don't love God but we go to Him to get what we want not out of geniue love for Him which He desires of His children.

Isaiah 58:13
If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, [from] doing thy pleasure on My holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the "I AM", honourable; and shalt honour Him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking [thine own] words:

Jeremiah 17:20-27
17:20 And say unto them, Hear ye the Word of the "I AM", ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:
17:21 Thus saith the "I AM"; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring [it] in by the gates of Jerusalem;
17:22 Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the Sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.
17:23 But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.
17:24 And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto Me, saith the "I AM", to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but hallow the Sabbath day, to do no work therein;
17:25 Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.
17:26 And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the South, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the House of the "I AM".
17:27 But if ye will not hearken unto Me to hallow the Sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.

There are consequences of taking the Sabbath day for granted
