With regard to the potential for higher death rates during the second lock-down period, t.h.e.y. could accomplish that through flu vaccines, PCR tests, 5G (as you’ve stated), famine and war.
We also haven’t yet seen how the cumulative effects of prolonged mask wearing will effect people over time.

The Mask Debate
Masks don't really work to prevent the spread of viruses.
Sure, you can find articles about how masks "may" work (which don't really fall under rigorous scientific analysis) OR articles supporting on the opposite view – masks are useless.
Media can report a one-off study here and there that claim masks "might" help. Or the WHO can advise they "might help". But, there is no proof that would hold up under proper scientific scrutiny.
In fact, evidence is mounting that wearing masks is actually harmful. I don't intend to post studies proving this claim in this reply – you need only read the replies above. If health-authority individuals, like Bhatti; or politicians, like Picardo; want to claim masks don't really help one day; then the next day claim they do, they only show someone else is calling the shots for those who live on The Rock – so who does Gibraltar belong to? W.H.O. is the marketing arm of Bill Gates, paid to push his agenda.
When the government wants to legislate that masks are mandatory, they are showing their true colours.
If the WHO, CDC, PHE and GHA want to advise people to wear masks, that advice is left to the individual as a free choice to do so. When that advice morphs into legislation, turning someone's free choice into a criminal offense, or fines them for non-compliance – the government shows its hand in Resetting Gibraltar; under global governance.
BEFORE the government legislated mandatory masks diktats, they should have provided PROOF that masks SCIENTIFICALLY WORK using the proper scrutiny; otherwise, the choice whether to wear a mask or not should have remained in the "advice" category.
If you really people-watch, you will observe the willy-nilly way people are wearing them, touching them, storing them in pockets and purses, etc (do you even think they are washing them or replacing them when they get damp?). If the so-called virus were deadly, we'd all be dead, based on the way people are handling their masks. This proves the people are only wearing them to OBEY; to not get fined or arrested – it's not about health; it's about compliance.

IF what are being referred to as “viruses” were actually foreign invaders that feed on and thus destroy healthy cells, what would stop these so-called viruses? As long as healthy cells were available, they would have plenty of food/fuel.
Any rationalizing that the body’s natural immune response would defeat these supposed foreign invaders after they’ve defeated those same defenses to gain their footing and began to proliferate, is not only based purely on assumption but is irrational. No one has ever witnessed this process* taking place on the cellular level, despite the sophisticated electron microscopes and equipment available today.
Further, IF these so-called viruses could actually spread from human to human via contact through bodily fluids and airborne particles, THE VERY FIRST “VIRUS” ON EARTH WOULD HAVE WIPED OUT ALL HUMAN LIFE.
The fact we are talking about this is now proof that what are being referred to as “viruses” don’t work as we have been led to believe.
If people would simply THINK about it, we could unmask this criminal conspiracy NOW. And in doing so unmask the public, who have been intentionally duped into making themselves sick by wearing masks.
