Due to the exreme wealth Phil God(less)ski has accumulated in a relatively short amount of time, references he has made about his distant past (which may all be lies?), and purported connections to the "white hats", I suspect Phil may be another victim of an MKUltra program.
He appears highly paid for his job well done to fool and lie to thousands (millions?) of people.
