It was not Sean, but Deborah Tavares that originally presented the NASA documents ( > 10 years ago).

It seems more like the presentation may have been intended as a type of warning or FYI and heads up type of study, maybe to try and raise awareness for those in attendance. And that they need to think about how to possibly come up with responses for the challenges and upcoming changes. It mentions the rise of the multi-polar world on one page and how it will become easier for other nations to compete against (and not in the interest of) the US. At least, that can be one impression after reading it and based on what is said about how people respond to the information on the last page.

There is a much larger issue here than critiquing TPV Sean's sensational statements. I do not listen to him any longer because he diverts from the real issues at hand. The bigger issue is advanced technology that has already been used against an unwilling public. The abductions were not from outer space. This is a whole other topic which I have voiced on some of the other threads. The inhabitants of Earth have been and are being attacked by a satanic cult in power working with the military industrial complex, aviation, etc. to kill all of us. The advanced technology was satanically inspired and has been in use for years.
