That Fluoride Added to Your Town Water to ‘Prevent Cavities?’ The EPA Says It’s Hazardous Waste
Fluoride is supposedly a “miracle mineral” when added to water to prevent tooth decay. But it’s the byproduct of phosphate fertilizer production, and is classified by the EPA as hazardous waste. That means towns and states that decide to stop fluoridating their water have to find ways — and spend big — to dispose of their remaining stockpiles.
FDA Moves to Get Fluoride Prescription Drugs for Kids Off the Market
The FDA today said it is “initiating action” to remove children’s concentrated ingestible fluoride prescription drug products from the market. Although they are available by prescription for babies as young as 6 months old, the drugs were never safety tested or approved by the FDA.

‘Magic Bullet’: Sugar Industry Falsified Science to Sell America on Fluoride
A new study reveals the sugar industry has manipulated fluoride science since the 1930s — exaggerating benefits, concealing risks and steering attention away from sugar’s role in tooth decay. The findings show that industry influence shaped fluoridation policies, raising urgent questions about the public health guidance that persists today.

But personally I'd only drink bottled water if Iʼm going on a road
trip, in another country, vacationing, or on the go. The only way
for 100% confidence in water quality is using a water filter.
The main reason for this is because YOU are in CONTROL of the
WHOLE process. So nothing can go wrong, as long as you get a
quality filter. So check out my fluoride water filters guide (link to
guide). But overall I'd say your best options are Clearly Filtered
(link to their website), reverse osmosis or a water distiller.
- Flavoured water recommendation?
A. Thereʼs only one brand I could recommend. Thatʼs because every
other brand of flavoured water uses natural flavors, which is an
ingredient you should stay away from. As “natural flavors” are far
from being natural and in fact could contain many chemicals. So your
best bet is to go with a brand like Spindrift since they use real
squeezed fruit for their drinks and it contains no fluoride.
